School Board Commissioner Jeff Perkins - District 3
|
Jeff Perkins is the Weakley County School Board representative for District 3 in Greenfield. He has been a board member since September 1998. Jeff serves on various committees for the board including Transportation, Finance, Planning and the Negotiating Team.
He is an Owner and Vice President of Akin & Porter Produce Inc. in Greenfield. Jeff graduated from Greenfield High School in 1985 and received a BA in Marketing & Management from Union University in 1989.
He is active in the Greenfield area where he is Music Director of Bethel Baptist Church. His volunteer work includes coaching summer league baseball for the Greenfield Little League and Greenfield Junior Babe Ruth League. Jeff is a member of the Board of Directors for First State Bank.
Jeff has been married since 1986 to his wife Tammy and they have four children: Jakob-16, Brett-14, Haley-12, and Graham-11; all of which attend Greenfield School.
