Commissioner Kevin McAlpin - District 9

Kevin McAlpin is serving his second term on the Weakley County Commission representing the Ninth District. He serves on the Public Safety Committee, the Nursing Home Committee, and the Beer Board.

Commissioner McAlpin is a 1992 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin and a 1995 graduate of the University of Memphis Law School. Presently he is an Assistant District Attorney for the 27th Judicial District. Commissioner McAlpin is also a Captain in the Tennessee National Guard.

Commissioner McAlpin is married to the former Jennifer Parrish. They live in Dresden and have two children Taylor and Claire. He is a member of the Dresden Rotary Club and the Weakley County Bar Association.
