WEAKLEY COUNTY NURSING HOME IS A 139-BED SPECIALTY HEALTH CARE FACILITY OWNED BY WEAKLEY COUNTY AND OPERATED BY A BOARD OF LOCAL COMMITTED COMMUNITY LEADERS.
WE PROVIDE RESTORATIVE SKILLED NURSING CARE AND A COMPREHENSIVE REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE RECOVERING FROM DISABLING ILLNESS OR INJURY. WE OFFER TRANSITIONAL CARE FOR RECOVERING PATIENTS LEAVING AN ACUTE-CARE HOSPITAL.
At Weakley County Nursing Home our concern is to provide care that is beneficial to both the health and spiritual well-being of the individual. Our facility is located in a beautiful rural setting, and our building is designed to allow for the enjoyment of panoramic views of the countryside. Because we are owned by Weakley County, we do not operate under the direction of a corporate, distant leadership, and there are no corporate level expenses to pay. Therefore we are able to provide a higher level of care to our patients by offering more extensive services and a larger nursing staff than most other facilities.
Weakley County Nursing Home accepts private pay, Medicare, managed care insurance and residents covered by Medicaid. Our administrative office staff assists families or guardians as needed with private insurance and billing. Admission hours are flexible to accommodate individual family needs. Free clinical pre-admission assessments-in the home or hospital-are available upon request.
