WEAKLEY COUNTY TRUSTEE

IMPORTANT

Tax Relief programs are available for these citizens:
•  Elderly (65 & over) (All owners combined income limit $31,600)
•  Disabled Citizens (All owners combined income limit $31,600)
•  Disabled Veterans (Permanent and total disabled) - No income limit
If you think you may be eligible for one of these programs, please call the Trustee's Office at (731) 364-3643 and they will help you complete the application over the phone as well as mail it in for you to sign. In addition, help us reach everyone who is eligible by sharing this information with others - thank you so much.

A note from Marci Floyd, Weakley County Trustee:

​I want to thank you for giving me the wonderful opportunity to serve you as your Trustee. My staff and I are very excited about the changes and updates that have been made in the office. I want to take a moment to encourage you to stop by any time with questions, concerns, or to find out more about what we do in the office. We are located on the first floor of the courthouse. When you come in the front entrance of the courthouse, passing the Ned Ray McWherter Memorial Statue, take a left, and we are located in the last office on the left. There is a sign above the door that reads "Trustee".

We are working diligently to make your Trustee’s office the best in customer service and offer you the most up-to-date services available. We hope the new web page design will offer you information about the office that you may have been unaware of and provide you with a better idea of the direction this office is headed. We want to be better for you!  If you ever have questions or need assistance, never hesitate to call us at (731) 364-3643 or stop by the office.   - Marci
